Can't get in multiple sky & yahoo devices

I can't log in to multiple sky and yahoo email devices at the same time.

I Want to be able to log in to my laptop or mobile phone to either look at sky email or sky account but every time I try to reactivate my yahoo mail on the other device it says invalid password please reset it so I do and end up going round in circles because it won't log in on 2 devices. I know that there was a problem with yahoo email login but I am unable to work around the problem?

What do you mean by reactivate, what does it say when you login here:

I forgot to mention that I want to access my sky email account on Gmail using a computer so I can then change the spam settings which should also work on my phone Gmail as Google doesn't have the spam settings on the phone app.

When I try adding my sky email address into Gmail on my laptop I get "the server is unreachable" when I put in my sky password.

What settings are you using, try using "Other" as the account option then use a generated password from here instead of your usual Sky email password:

Try to explain just what problem you have.

If you have multiple problems, Give then to us one at a time, starting with the most important first.

Not a solution but I also have this issue, just in case you think you're alone... I can sign in on my laptop, but then when I sign in on my phone it takes me to the yahoo / sky sign in portal, then signs me out on my laptop.

Driving me mad, but it is letting me sign in fine on both devices every time without any errors.. it's just a ridiculous issue to have

That does indeed sound ridiculous, as far as I know there is no option to allow only one signed in device at a time.

How are you signing into your devices, on browsers on both or app on both devices or one on each?

Could you try a simple test on the laptop? Sign in to Sky email via https://sky.comsigninn/email/ in a browser, then use a different browser (if you use Edge normally, then try in Chrome or Firefox etc), to sign in again via the same link. The two browsers will be treated as different devices by the system so will they both stay logged in?
