When you set this up onscreen you were presented with a recovery code so you were asked to make a note of it and also to save the email that was sent with it on so you can now use this recovery code to sign up to turn this off.

To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.

If you do not have access to the number then all you can do is to call Sky and hope you get to someone that knows about this, there could be a 21 day wait in the process being followed through.
