Is it possible to show us the message that says your account has been&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;deactivated, oscuring any personal info.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also what app and on what platform is it still working?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My Emails work ok within my email app but won't open in a web browser or from within mysky, and says that my account has been deactivated although I can still access them from within my email app</description>

&lt;P&gt;Vety odd, when was the last time you logged into your online account because Sky will deactivate an emai account if the user hasn't logged into it for quite a few months so I take it this doesn't apply to you ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
