Emails have stopped working (both incoming and outgoing) for two of my clients, both people are using the same domain. I have telephoned Sky, but they were not at all helpful and said it wasn't their end. Nothing has changed, and the emails have been working fine up until last week.

The error message that the client received is as follows:
