How to get Norton Safe e-mail working on Sky e-mail?

Hi All, Trying to het Norton Safe e-mail working on Sky e-mail, I'm just asked for e-mail address and password, but it does not work, it seems I have to do something with my Sky e-mail first, anybody able to tell me what I need to do? Thanks.

Beyond that Norton Support is your best bet.

Hi , I've checked that out, it states I need to create an App Password, but the Sky(Yahoo) account does not give the option, I think it may be a Sky tweak to the Yahoo account, I can only guess there is someting in the Sky account that lets me do it, but I can't find anything. Must be a way to do it but I can't fine it 🙄
