    <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to send and receive emails through my Outlook app since Wednesday, on my Samsung phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cleared the cache and deleted the data and I'm still having issues.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know what else the issue could be?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I didn't realise that by deleting the data, I would lose everything. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm guessing there is no way to recover all my emails?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pretty much as the subject heading says, my outlook app on my android phone and tablet stopped receiving emails yesterday afternoon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can send new emails from both devices and person receives them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can send and received via web portal&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can send and receive via Outlook on PC.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone is Samsung S23 ultra, and the tablet is a tab S8+ both with Android version 14, outlook software is up to date with the latest version. And have gone through the various troubleshooting pages (that are rubbish).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some of the basic things I've tried, alongside the troubleshooting pages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Restarted phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Deleted account from the phone and readded.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Deleted account from the phone, Clears Data &amp;amp; Caches, readded&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The uninstalled app, clear any data, reboot, reinstalled&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time the emails I had in my inbox from before come back and I can send new emails, but it's not adding any of the newer emails that I've received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not asking for any password when re-adding the sky/yahoo details (either normal one or the generated one).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just seems really seems strange it was working on both devices and then it suddenly stopped.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It could be an issue with the app itself which is a Microsoft product as others are posting about it on Microsoft's own forum here:&lt;/P&gt;
