Alas you've been scammed. As you gave them access to your account you'll need to secure your account immediately by signing in & changing the password however I suspect the scammers will have locked you out by doing that. You'll need to call Sky & state you've been scammed & cannot access your account.
The scammers will most likely order expensive devices which if so you'll need to cancel or refuse delivery, if not the scammers will contact you again in order to obtain the devices & you'd be liable for the cost.

I had an Indian man call me from Sky on ending in 519. Is this a ligit number as I think I've been scammed. They wanted my email and access it. I had to press 'yes it's me' logging in. They said we would get a 40% discount and a free laptop but I looked the number up on Google and there is a lot of negativity about it. Please can someone reassure me!

That sounds highly unlikely to me, I'm afraid.

Did you give them just your email address? Or any other details?

Not that isn't a legit call so first thing you need to do is to change your online password which you can do via this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then you might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
