Yahoo email and reset password

Hi everyone, wonder if you can help. I currently access my emails via my phone and I can't remember the password. I'd like to set up my emails on my iPad too and I'm getting confused as to what are the following:- Sky ID. Is this my email address?- Yahoo email. Is this my usual email address or something different?- Where do I go to change my email password?- How do I set things up so I automatically go into my emails without having to enter my password each time on a new device?It's been so long since I've known my password I'm really quite stuck.Thank you

Possibly it could be as it will be everything before the @Sky.com part of the address.

Yahoo is who run the email service so unless you email address ends in Yahoo.com then your email is with Sky.

When you set up your account via the email app on your iPad you shouldn't have to enter the password everytime you go to access your emails.
