Sky Email Account Hacked Possibly Deleted

Hi all my Nan had her sky email hacked and I'm attempt to change password I am not sure if she has somehow deleted the account.
we can login into the account now with the new password but it does not send or receive emails - any ideas?

Bit of a nightmare

Try logging into the online account here:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Try using the link I posted to change these settings as that image shows the mobile version which is different as they are not the settings you are looking for.

Perfect thank you! That has worked they can nowreceive emails, the hacker had put another email in.

Now having issues signing into yahoo app on iPad - keeps saying this when you try even if you wait half an hour. Any ideas?

Your image was rejected as it contains an email address. Feel free to resubmit after blocking that out.
