I am constantly getting emails with no content. Error details always the same " failure to connect to the server" happens on both my IPad and IPhone.

I'm guessing the common denominator is Apple's Mail app. There have been numerous reports here of intermittent problems with the Mail app over many months, which it appears, Apple are in no hurry to put right.

Until they do, you might want to consider using a different email app, or logging in online via sky.com
