Can't open Emails on Yahoo APP

Another recent problem, I'm afraid. My Yahoo Mail app opens as usual but when I try to read any of my messages, it crashes. I sometimes get the message ' Yahoo Mail Keeps Stopping' and an option to close the App. I have been running Yahoo Mail for ages, without any problems. I have a Moto G8 phone, running on Android, version 10. The default browser is Chrome. My partner is using a Moto G7 and she has no problems. I am also using Gmail without any issues. I deleted Yahoo Mail, then I downloaded it again from Play Store , but the problem is still not fixed. I also deleted browsing on Chrome. Have now been forced to download another app, to get my Sky emails, but I prefer the layout of Yahoo Mail. Not sure how to get Yahoo Mail back and running properly. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Have you checked to see if there are any updates for the Yahoo mail app, if there are not then another way to access your emails if via the Sky website here:

Unfortunately there are no updates on the Yahoo Mail app. I reinstalled the latest version. Plus I am talking about easy access on my phone (through the app) and not accessing online. I have no trouble getting into Yahoo Mail online, via my desktop. It's just quick phone access that I looking for. Thanks for your help.

The Yahoo app accesses your email account online so what you could do is to use the link I posted then create a shortcut to put it on your phone's main screen like where the Yahoo app shortcut is ?
