Sky Yahoo Mail on window 11 pc issue!

Hi,

I am having trouble with my Sky Yahoo Mail on Google Chrome. A few days ago it was working fine, but within the last 2 days, when I open Yahoo mail, click to open my email, and then go back, it's not working. When I try again, nothing and then the popup shows all blank white, it seems like there's something wrong with Yahoo mail, i am using a pc with window 11 and Google Chrome and also my iphone with yahoo mail working fine.

did anyone have problem with this?

i would be grateful for any help?

Sounds like a browser cache issue. Try clearing your cookies, history etc.

already done it before, lots of time, still nothing working. 😞

Works fine for me on my Windows 11 desktop. Also tried Incognito mode, and a different browser?

Incognito mode is working,

why not work on normal Chrome? 🤔

Any ideas?

Browser cache not fully cleared. Close all Sky.com websites before clearing your cache again.

Could it be a browser extension that is causing this issue, perhaps try disabling everything you have installed then see what happens and if it then works enable them one by one to see if you can find that one that is causing the issue.

thank you! It's a browser extension ( 2 of them are no longer used anymore) so remove them...then it's working!
