Problem with email

Unable to send or receive emails from my yahoo account. It says error at the bottom if my email. When i click on error it ststes unable to connect to server.

Hi yes it has worked previously it just seems to be happening today after I changed my password on the 2nd sky account. I have noticed I have 2 sky accounts not sure how I managed to set up another account. I have logged in to both accounts seperately so I know both ID and passwords work .

I can log into my account by accessing it via the internet but I am not receiving any emails on my i phone and I can't send any either.

Are you using the Apple mail app on the iPhone, or another app?

When you say you have 2 Sky accounts, do you mean 2 Sky|Yahoo email accounts?

My email was working perfectly fine on my email up until yesterday. In terms of accounts I was referring to 2 sky accounts. Thanks

So you only have one Sky email address?

I asked if you use the Apple Mail app, as that has a known problem with "server not responding", but no one has proven just what the cause is.

Either the Yahoo or Outlook apps should work O.K. on the iPhone, so try one of those.

weirdly enough my emails have started to come through !!!
