Blocked email account - helppppp!!!

Hello

I have an email address with sky from years ago and my kids ea sports account is linked to this email, ea sports account wont let me do anything till I can access my email to verify it.

Sky says my email account is blocked, I've reset password and still says its blocked ive rang sky many of times with no luck.

Any information would be much appreciated

I'm pulling hair out.

Have you tried resetting your password?

If that doesn't work, you'll have to persevere with calling the number in the account locked message. Sky can unlockl it for you (it has happened to me on a few occasions), but it may be a challenge finding an adviser who knows how to do it..

This happened to me a few years ago @Lizkirkham86 and it did take 3 calls before I got to talk to someone who knew what to do.

Can you try this link as well as you might see the same message:

https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info

If you do see the same message when you call in again just tell them that you can not access your Sky account (don't mention email as this is where some advisers get confused and will wrongly suggest you go to Yahoo) and if they do manage to unlock it for you then you should find you can then login to your email account.
