How to access e-mails in Thailand

I've just returned from a month long trip to Thailand and whilst there i could not access my Sky e-mail account. It just came up with a message saying that the service was unavailable but as soon as i returned to the UK everything was fine. Are there restrictions on some countries and any idea how i can access them as i'll be going back in October?

You will probably have to use something like a VPN to see if doing so then allows you access to your email account as it appears that as soon as you leave the UK issues like what you see are cropping up when trying to access email accounts,

Yes, there are. I've experienced similar in many Far Eastern countries, Thailand included. In my experience, there are areas where you can connect within each country, and some where you can't.

Try a VPN to allow you to log in successfully, then once logged in, disable it to access Sky Yahoo Mail.
