Exes sky account access...

I've just realised that I still have access to my exes account. I need to remove myself from that access, but I want to keep my @Sky.com email address...how can I do this please?

Do you mean your Sky account via the MySky app ?

Just login to it as usual but if you do mean the Sky account then they can't be separated I'm afraid. The only thing you could do is if you don't have another email address then set one up at somewhere like Outlook.com (Microsoft) or Gmail (Google) and use that instead.

Yes, I can see her bills, and account information...and that she's missed payments, which hopefully won't affect my credit rating...

And yes, I want to keep email account. But remove access to the sky account linked to it

If you are the bill payer then missed payments could well appear on your credit record.

I don't think you can as the email is tied to the account.
