Syncing sky e-mails to outlook

I'm trying to link my sky e-mails to Outlook. Despite verifying the e-mail address with Yahoo it still says not verified. This is the recovery e-mail for my sky account but none of my e-mails appear in my outlook account,.

I'm not sure what you are doing as all you should need to do is to add your account to Outlook using these settings:

Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

@Tisha130 are you using the Outlook app or the Office Outlook client?
