Updated new Mobile number with sky in January, been trying to sign in but keeps sending code to my previous number, only other option is enter recovery code of which I have not received if anyone can help please

Help can be found here on how to turn this off and/or change your number including using your online account manager to do this:

You will be sent a 6 digit code to use to turn this off.

@Ozz if you didn't make a separate note of the Recovery Code, you'll have to call, I'm afraid. See the bit in the box towards the bottom of the page from the link @caesarome posted.

Thank you I'll call in, just a shame there sending code to my old number and not updated one or wouldn't have any issues

The number the Verification Code goes to is the one you gave when you set up 2 step login.

Changing your number in your Sky details doesn't change your 2 step login number.

The only way to do that is via the link in @caesarome's post, but as you've discovered, that sends a Verification Code to your old mobile number first to verify your identity before you can change it to a new number.

You're not the first to have been caught out.....
