One particular contact going into junk

All emails from my fathers email address keep going into my junk folder. I have repeatedly declared it as 'not junk' I have even added him as a VIP but still they go into that folder!! Help

@Amifrankie Add he's address to your safe senders (contacts) list and that should force them into your main mailbox

How are you viewing your emails, and where are you marking them as "not spam"?

Via the web login also make sure that no filters have been setup that could be causing this.
