if you haven't logged into your Sky email account for a few years then it might have been closed but you could see if these links help but they might not:

I have tried this I need someone to help me reset everything , I am logged in but due to a change of circumstances I need to log out reset and start again for security reasons

please advise

It keeps asking for user name and security question which I do not know

You could try calling Sky but if you don't know the username (try the email address itself or the bit prior to @@Sky.com) or the security question then you might be stuck.

As I said earlier it is possible the email account has been closed if you haven't logged into it in years.

You say you are logged in. Does that mean you are using an app or a browser?
