Just joining this conversation as I'm having the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S23, so Android. It started a couple of weeks ago, then suddenly started working again. But now won't work again.

I get the message below.
skyidapp.sky.com is currently unable to handle this request.

Yes, I think I have. I thought I had done this but just checked again and cleared Cache in Chrome. Is that right or do I need to do this somewhere else ? Sorry , not very techhy !

You do it via the 3 dots then clear browsing data.

But where do I see the 3 dots ?
I've cleared Cache I can see on Chrome, and looked at all Samsung and Android help options but nothing working. I've now downloaded the Yahoo mail App and I can log in through there but it's not very user friendly. I log in to my Sky account and select Yahoo mail from them and that doesn't work. It's so frustrating.

When on any website like this you should see the 3 dots at the bottom of the page on the right handside.

Managed to get on by checking my husbands phone. Think it was because I was using Samsung Internet, now accessing everything through Chrome and I'm in ! Now have 3 dots where I should have 😊
