      <description>&lt;P&gt;It hasn't been working since October last year which made me change from BT to sky, now &amp;nbsp;with sky still not working after being told it's going live on the 20 may. Family and friends can't get through to me on my number &lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;[removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;. I've kind of given up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked to see if your number changed on moving to Sky?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dial 17070 from the landline and listen to the outgoing message is the quickest method or dial your mobile to see what number is displayed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Alternatively check the Sky app or take a look at emails sent by Sky about the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
