      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. My SKY broadband was updated on Friday, 5th June - since then I have had no telephone line.&amp;nbsp; When you ring the number it rings, but does not ring within the household.&amp;nbsp; The engineer that came to the house on Friday advised that the original cable needed to be cut back to the new connection box.&amp;nbsp; Please advise, as this is not acceptable, noting that the landline was also cut a week before the engineer attended on the 5th June.&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
