@Martyn63 no, your phone will plug directly into the socket at the back of your router. If your router doesn't have a phone socket on the rear panel, a replacement router will be sent to you.

I'm not aware of any ISP which does so: it's much simpler for them to issue a router which contains an Analogue Telephone Adaptor.

If you currently have a Sky Hub model which pre-dates the SR203 Broadband Hub then they should already have been in touch about replacing it.

The Broadband Hub, Max Hub and Gigafast+ Hub all contain an ATA.

As @TimmyBGood mentioned all new Sky Hubs contain adapters which essentially emulate a traditional telpehone socket so you can just plug your phone straight in there. If you have a Sky hub which doesnt have one then im sure they'll send you a new one as ISPs are responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth transition to VOIP.
