&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While not normal, there's sometimes a bit of a delay while Openreach carry out the necessary switching - in my case, it was a week before my phone line was up and running. It's not within Sky's control.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't done so recently you could try restarting your Hub, by switching it off at the plug for 10 minutes (if it's a white Max Hub, leave it off for an hour). Failing that, it may be a frustrating matter of waiting for Openreach to do the necessary.&lt;/P&gt;

I have now been 5 days waiting and am getting frustrated. If it is not solved soon I will do away with the landline via Sky as I can use my mobile phone for calls and texts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
