When was your full fibre service activated? Did you have Sky Broadband before full fibre was installed? Do you have a white Max broadband Hub, or a black one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4509537"&gt;@Rogeco55&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;try switching both your broadband Hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;the fibre ONT off at the plug for 30 minutes. If you have a white Hub, switch them&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;both&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;off for an hour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't resolve it, it may simply be that it's taking a little longer than normal to switch your landline service over, but it's probably worth reporting to Sky.&amp;nbsp;We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
