Since sky was set up (eventually) our 2 landline phones do not work, the phones are new with no faults. I have contacted sky twice now by mobile &amp; keep getting directed to the online checks which achieve nothing &amp; don't mention telephones not working.. Sky chat is down as usual &amp; automated questions on my mobile are a waste of space as they only ask questions that sky want to ask &amp; nothing about my problem.
