      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3571477"&gt;@Observer+2012&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;most Sky connections require the phone to be plugged into the back of the Sky hub not the old phone socket could that becthe issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
