Dialling Northern Ireland using 048

About a week ago the ability to callI Northern Ireland from Ireland using the 048 prefix stopped working.

now when I call a Northern Ireland number using this prefix I get an engaged tone even when I know the phone is not engaged.

Does anyone know how to get this fixed? Been a sky talk customer for years and never had an issue
