    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the advice. I will definitely look into this but last time I looked at the Sky Shield it appeared to block all numbers apart from ones I'd put on a safe list. If that's still the case I'm not sure how we deal with calls from hospital departments the numbers they call me from can change so I can't risk missing phone calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am receiving scam calls on my landline which I'd like to block but can't find how to do it. I've tried putting the code suggested after the last scam call but get an automated message to say that action isn't available. I can't block all but certain numbers as we get calls from the hospital which come through on various numbers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You could either give them a call on 150 from your landline, or there's a live chat option if you follow through Sky's help guide here.
