Or recently switched? If so, your phone needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub. It won't work from a wall socket.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>You don't need a special phone. A standard analogue phone will be fine.&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>If you don't have a call package, such as Talk Anytime+ you'll be charged for every call you make at an unpleasantly high rate.
