      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed over to Sky broadband yesterday which was all set with no issues, including the landline however, when I call the landline today, it states the number is not recognised and can't make calls out either?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It won't work from a wall socket. Do you have a black Hub or white? If it's black, is the Voice LED on the front panel illuminated? Green or amber?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's no different after that, we'll go ahead and escalate to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
