&lt;P&gt;Ignore that your broadband is ok. Also try the Service checker via the button in the same link.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If these steps make no difference, you'll need to report it to Sky.&amp;nbsp;We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Landline  not connected</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Landline stopped working unable to make calls and when ringing the number call goes direct to sky answer machine which zi cannot access. Message on screen says phone not connected. Have tried to connect phone to hub as some info posts indicates line may have been changed to digital but no ports on hub fit the phone connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>
