&lt;P&gt;All new Broadband connections either copper or Fibre with Sky will have a&amp;nbsp; digital talk landline service included.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you have Broadband also?&amp;nbsp; If so your line will be packaged with the broadband service already, however the default service for outgoing calls is Pay As You Go, so you only pay for calls you make and can receive incoming calls.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your phone currently connected to the master socket? If so at some point you'll be migrated to the digital line service using your broadband hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Essentially no: providing Voip still has a cost to the supplier which they'd rather prefer to recoup, preferably with some profit thrown in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
