      <description>&lt;P&gt;My landline was previously plugged into a phone socket.&amp;nbsp; Now I have upgraded to a full fibre installation I have been sent a new Sky Hub and my landline has now been plugged into this but the phone is dead and not working through the new Sky Hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
