    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having an issue with keeping my old landline number (with YouFibre)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky have said they can't find my YouFibre account on OTS system (ons switch) so they can't port my old landline number. I still have an active account with YouFibre so this shouldn't be the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky told me to contact YouFibre and YouFibre said he fault is with Sky!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas why the number port isn't working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually had this number with Sky before I switched to YouFibre and the process of transferring the number over was easy I literally sent a message and it was fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Transferring the number back seems to be a problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
