    <description>&lt;P&gt;BB is very good but phone had no dial tone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Read a previous post about dialing 17070 dialled it even with no dial tone and an Automated Sky response said this phone number is ********** but it is not my old number that was suposed to be transfered at activation this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using my mobile it rings my phone and my phone now has dial tone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will the transfer of my old number happen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or have Sky messed up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I wait or be proactive and contact Sky, if so how?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No I didn't recieve a welcome message following activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone still on new number and not on the one I asked to be transferred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My e-mail to Sky about this recieved an auto acknowledgement&amp;nbsp; saying reply would be 72 hours so about a day to go, fingers and toes crossed &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm surprised Sky haven't as yet tried to sell me TV, but early days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
