    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have had switched from superfast fttc to fttp 500, i have noticed now on my landline that any incomimg calls on my landline thats now connected to the router, is showing the number twice on the handset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mark, on 27/10/2025, phone works ok through the router , its just the same number is showing twice when i recive a call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if it should or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Might be some slight incompatibility with your phone, maybe. You could give Sky a call to,report it, but to be honest, if it's only cosmetic, it might be more bother than it's worth!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
