      <description>&lt;P&gt;First try the connection test here (even if your broadband is working ok). If it detects the fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. If not, best to report it to Sky. Quickest to call, if you have the means, or if not let us know and we can ask the messaging team to contact you via the forum here.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to press the reset button on the back of your router and then you should see 4 x green lights when it's sorted itself out. You will be able to send and receive calls if you have plugged the phone part into the uk router plug.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
