That's when Openreach first investigate. However, if Openreach's initial investigation shows that additional work is required, it can take longer. I'd guess that's what has happened in your case. You could give Sky a call to see,if they've received any update from Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is your broadband working okay?&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you haven't done it yet try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
