Which company are you trying to contact? This forum is for UK and Ireland customers of Sky UK.

Unfortunately that's an entirely different company to the Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) whose forum this is, and the 'SkyTalk Call & Video VOIP' app has absolutely no relationship with the 'Sky Talk' voice product bundled with Sky Broadband in the UK and Republic of Ireland which is discussed here.

Also, unfortunately, apps like that typically have negligible support or customer services.
