      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All, I have been stuck with the ai bot going around and around trying to find out who to speak to to get an update on my Sky Talk Porting Case. My landline is currently with Virgin and I am trying to Port it over to my Sky account, the porting request went in on time and I have a case number, I'm just trying to find out an update....Any clues as to someone I can chat with or call for the update?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
