    <description>&lt;P&gt;I rang sky support all they said is waiting. Nobody knows what is the main problem to cause my lane line is not working. No solution from 21/10/25. I think my lane line is not connecting to internet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have business broadband? Broadband discussed on here is for domestic set ups. Using a domestic line for business does not bring quicker or additional support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You haven't said when it was activated. It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
