I was unsure as I felt the wording was a bit ambiguous. While it states that it has to be a complete loss of service it also says that 'total loss of service' means ' Can't make OR receive any calls' rather than 'Can't make AND receive any calls'. After all, what good is a phone which nobody can call !! Any thoughts appreciated

Meant to say I reported the fault yesterday. It hasn't actually worked since installation on 3rd October. Truth is it's taken me this long to muster further strength to contact Sky after spending hours on the phone (without success) trying to retrieve my old number which I had for 24 years previously but had requested to keep. They really could not care less and as Cher once sung 'If I Could Turn Back Time' then I would NEVER had changed to Sky from Vodafone!!
