I've moved your post as you'd added to a Sky Mobile issue.

Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband. You can't cancel the Talk side of things without cancelling Broadband as well. Just make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff (call Sky if you're not). That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges. (The Pay As You Talk tariff is the default tariff when you join).

Yiu can't cancel a landline without cancelling the broadband so if you are ok with this then you need to call Sky on 150 to give them your 14 days notice to do this.
