Sky BB ok but no landline - Saying check phone

Hi,

Currently in St Neots, Cambridgeshire writing on behalk of my 91 Y/O father.

I have broadband ok but no phone working, message on the phone check phone line, service checker say BB ok but no option to check for Sky Talk.

Checked all connections and ok, tried sky chat but useless.

Had the same issue 2 days ago and was a sky issue.

Can someone point us in the direction or find out if there is a sky issue?
