&lt;P&gt;No. Tariff charges remain the same, depending on which tariff you're on. The default tariff is Sky Pay As Your Talk whereby all calls are charged.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note that while Sky Talk Internet Calls may appear on the Sky billing as 'free', that's for provision of the VoIP service.&amp;nbsp; Actually using it for outbound calls is unpleasantly expensive if an optional add-on (Evenings &amp;amp; Weekend Extra, Anytime Extra or International Extra) isn't specifically chosen by the subscriber.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Sky Talk Anytime+ call package has inclusive calls of up to an hour, to 01, 02 and 03 numbers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Sky Talk International+ package includes calls to specified foreign countries.&lt;/P&gt;
