Hi folks

My parents upgraded to Full Fibre last week and all is working fine, however on the old copper wiring system, when a family member used to call them one parent would lift one phone handset and the other parent would lift another and they would be able to have a 3 way conversation. This doesn't work now they've upgraded to Full Fibre, there is just an engaged tone when you lift the second phone handset. Is there any way to facilitate this on the new digital system? From googling some reports say a Dect phone with multiple handsets should let this happen but other reports say this isn't the case!

thanks

Thanks Chrisee

That's certainly an option although I'm not sure my mother's hearing would be good enough for a speakerphone, she really needs a handset right up against her ear to hear what's being said.
