If you are doing that and the phone isnt working call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since we had a new router our landline hasn't worked. this was a couple of months ago. I think I have done everything I was advised to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
