      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up to Talk Shield a couple of weeks ago, but when I try to access the settings to designate numbers I get&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whoops, there's been an error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;There's been an error loading the page and we can't change your settings right now. If you've just activated Sky Talk Shield it can take up to 24 hours before you can make changes. Please try again later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This message has been there ever since I signed up!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3068943"&gt;@Tom+R&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;this is a long standing fault which affects &lt;EM&gt;some&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;customers. Sky&amp;nbsp;are aware but thus far it remains unfixed. I doubt there's any point contactingSky about it. You can still use the keypad on your handset to add and remove starred/blocked callers.&lt;/P&gt;
